Terms of Use

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
This site and its contents are subject to copyright. The copyright is owned by Digital Installs.
You agree not to adapt, alter, creat or copy any content on this site without the permission of Digital Installs.
Site content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons are the property of Digital Installs.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the law.
We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders or companies.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We do not offer free installation over the phone.
Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of the installation to approve all work completed.
If there are any changes made on the day of the installation, a new estimate price must be given.
Additional charges and fees may apply if your location is outside our installation coverage area.

All our installation services come with a 24 month warranty.
All our cables come with a 12 month replacement warranty.
Certified and insured installation team.
All our installers are required to carry up to $ 10,000,000 in public liability insurance so you'll never have to worry about your Plasma or LCD installation.
All electronic equipments purchased by customers or Digital Installs is covered by the manufactures warranty and not Digital Installs.

Digital Installs cannot be held responsible for programming functionality limitation due to incompatibility or restriction of products provided by customer.
Warranty is void if any person, other than employee of Digital Installs tampers with or attempts to repair or correct any alleged problem incurred.
Installation does not cover acts of god or other occurrences beyond the control of Digital Installs.
Digital Installs cannot warrant installations involving any type of wall will not result in cracks on the wall.
Digital Installs reserves the right to terminate your warranty if you change, alter or modify the equipment we installed or its settings or configurations.
Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present including possible code violations.
Any un-installation services provided, Digital Installs shall not be responsible for repairing any damage or changes made to your residence.
Warranty is void if any product that fails or is damaged as a result of improper storage, misuse, neglect, accident or maladjustment of consumer controls.
Short circuiting the equipment will be considered misuse and will cause the product not to be covered by the warranty.
